What type of franchise is available?

USA INSULATION provides you the opportunity to establish and operate a business offering residential insulation services for existing homes. Our USA Insulation locations offer our customers cutting-edge insulation that lowers utility bills and makes the homeowner more comfortable

How much does the franchise cost?

The estimated initial investment to establish a USA INSULATION business ranges from approximately $102,850 to $210,250, including the initial franchise fee of $25,000.  For more information view the COMPLETE STARTUP COSTS.

How much is the fee for continuing support services?

The continuing services, or “royalty fee,” is 5% of your monthly gross sales. This fee entitles you to and protected territory, the use the USA INSULATION trade mark, use of distinctive and patented system, training program, marketing assistance, ongoing business development and counseling, and other benefits that come with being a USA INSULATION franchise.

Will I have an exclusive territories?

Yes, USA INSULATION grants you Protected Territory. You may have the option (if available) to purchase additional territory.

How much training is provided in the USA INSULATION system?

You will participate in an initial training course of approximately 4 weeks. The initial program will focus on all aspects of the USA INSULATION franchise system and is comprised of classroom and site training both at our Headquarters and at your location.

What is the term of the USA INSULATION Franchise Agreement?

The initial term of the Franchise Agreement is ten years from the date the Franchise Agreement is signed. The franchise is renewable for 2 additional terms of ten years each, providing you have complied with the provisions of the Franchise Agreement.
