Thank you USA Insulation your company did an excellent job at installing insulation into my attic. Alex was a very good representative, he informed of every step should use pictures before hand of the very little attic insulation that we had. The installer Terrance and his assistant were great, and showed us the end result. My house is so much warmer and not drafty. Alex also informed us about the tax credit. He was the only company that told us about sealing the open spaces. I highly recommend USA Insulation and Alex and Terrance.

I wanted to share my experience with Alex at USA INSULATION of ATLANTA. I am having a huge issue with crazy high power bills. Alex came out to inspect my property and make recommendations. He was very professional and knowledgeable but most of all, he is a very HONEST MAN. As it turns out, insullation is not my issue, my HVAC system is the culprit. He could of given me an estimate and I could have paid, but that is not my issue and he was honest enough to tell me. I would use this company again for any needs I have. Thank you Alex for your integrity!

USA Insulation was great from start to finish. Alex came out and listened to our issues and assessed what we needed instead of trying to sell like other insulation companies. Then Daniel & Felix did a incredible job with the install and wrapped it up by thoroughly explaining the work that was done (with pictures). These two went above and beyond and were great to work with. This was all made possible with Beth helping in the office. This group worked as a team to make our house more efficient and comfortable. I contacted USA Insulation for a quote on upgrading or replacing my current insulation, primarily due to a surge in our utilities and because the house just wasn’t warming up enough anymore. Turns out it’s likely an HVAC issue. I appreciate that my technician was thorough, honest, and on time! Alex did a comprehensive assessment and explained everything along the way. While we’re addressing the immediate concern first, we plan to reach back out to USA Insulation soon for other home improvement services.

New to the area and googled insulation and by the grace of God, Alex was the person that came out to do my consultation free estimate. He was fabulous very knowledgeable. Never tried to up-sell me explained everything and why I would need what I needed. He is a great asset to the company wonderful young man. It feels really good to work with good people that love what they do and are honest about prices.

Great job!!! Re- insulating the attic and outside walls has made a difference. Tony was an exceptional sales person. Knew his facts and showed us why we needed to have the attic redone. The install team was also great. Quick, efficient, and cleaned up after themselves. Definitely would recommend.

Completely reasonable pricing for closed cell spray-foam insulation, no high-pressure sales, and outstanding service. Their AI sales-bot needs some tuning, but a HUMAN was monitoring and took over... completely lovely! All the kudos to Beth, Tony, and Ryan!
