If you're looking for excellent service, choose USA Insulation of Colorado Springs, as we did for our attic insulation in Pueblo, CO. From start to finish, everyone was highly professional and took full ownership. The owner, Spencer, came to look at my attics (tri-level) house. He showed up early, with everything he needed to complete the quote, including a ladder that works on stairs and reaches the ceiling, as well as the rebate paperwork for Black Hills Energy and Federal taxes. He was the only one out of 8+ companies (who came in person) to demonstrate this level of professionalism, effectively managing his company. We had some boxes stored in the attic from a previous owner that they removed for us without any complaint or price gouging. Price-wise, among all the companies in person, they were priced reasonably and competitively. Then Andrea followed up consistently and fairly to close the sale for the business. She asked when we were planning to make a decision, answered questions about insurance and reviews, provided more information on what to expect on the day of, and addressed any paperwork questions promptly. Then the team of workers, Travis, Jose, and Paul, worked efficiently and effectively while taking care of their well-being, as my attics reached temperatures of 100 degrees or higher. They were in and out within 3 hours. Travis did an excellent job of answering any questions before and after work was completed, including payment and providing further direction on Spencer/Andrea’s notes on what needed to be done. They also cleaned the area they were working in, leaving it better than they found it. The whole team was on the same page, which is rare these days.

I chose USA Insulation to put more insulation into my attic because the owner drove down to Pueblo to inspect the attic before giving me a quote and patiently answered all my questions. I continued to be impressed with them throughout the process. The owner is clearly very experienced and knowledgeable about the trade. He did not try to upsell to me; and in fact, relieved my concerns about difficult tasks recommended by the internet that are not actually cost effective. The attic prep and insulation blow-in were done well, without rush, and the workers were friendly. The business continued to respond quickly to my questions both before and after the job was finished. As for cost, the owner provided paperwork for a Black Hills rebate and explained how to get a tax credit for the insulation, which brought the total price down to less than I would have paid to DIY the job. Of course I am happy about the reasonable cost, but I mainly recommend this company because they have a good work ethic, treated me with respect, and really do want to help people improve their homes in ways that make sense.

Had a great experience with them. Our initial assessment was very informative showing us what we were lacking with insulation and what was needed to get us up to code. Along with that was a walkthrough of the rebates available with pre-filled out forms. They came and performed the job with follow up pictures and explanations and each employee was extremely nice and they cleaned up after as if they never came. 100% recommend for insulation issues.

Spencer discusses the best options for insulation in your house, gives an estimate and sets up the appointment in one meeting. Very impressed with the team. Estimator was very good and estimate easy to understand. Rebates explained and even gave me form to submit. Installation was on time and took less time than expected. Pictures of before and after were informative. All in all a very good experience. Will recommend USA Insulation for all your installation needs.

The folks at USA insulation were great from start to finish. First, they came recommended by a friend, so that always helps. Then, the initial assessment/estimate was easy and thorough and Spencer lined out all the tax and utilities rebates- at the price point, the cost was a no brainer. Other companies that had given me estimates for a different type of insulation were very sales-pitchey which was a turnoff, and this was not that! Just good information and no bullshit. The installation was smooth as well. They showed up on time, were friendly, took pictures, cleaned everything up afterwards, and answered all my questions. Highly recommended!

The owner himself came out to check out the house, gave us recommendations and didn’t push. Texts/emails are promptly replied to. The workers were clean and professional and wore booties while inside. They worked around the painting in the nursery for an easier patch job too! Can’t wait to see if this keeps our baby a little warmer on these cold winter nights. Thanks guys!
