The whole team at USA Insulation of CT was great to work with. Karissa was diligent about keeping me aware of things via phone and text, Matt did a fantastic job of determining our insulation needs and walking us through the process, and Benny and his team (Dominick, Julio, Joey, and Darian) were extremely efficient in getting the job done properly. Seriously, I work from home and it was like they weren't there at all! They got to my place right on time, set things up, got to work, and cleaned up so well after they left the place nicer than they found it! Of course, along with fantastic customer service, the insulation has already begun to pay off. Our new home had only about 5 inches of insulation in the attic (yikes) and barely any insulation at all in most of the walls (double yikes!). How the previous owners managed to survive living like this is beyond me. We realized we needed to check our insulation more thoroughly after the ac was struggling to keep our second (and main) floor below 82 degrees. We're able to track and monitor when our ac cycles on and off. Since installing the insulation just yesterday, there's already been a noticeable dip in the amount of times the ac has had to cycle on. Even now, it's 90 degrees outside while inside it's a comfortable 72 degrees. And the last time my ac had to cycle on to keep it there was... an hour ago for about 15 minutes. That is a MASSIVE improvement. So to USA Insulation of CT, you have our sincerest thanks for making our first house feel like that much more of a properly comfy (and cool) home!

We just got our house and attic insulated and we have been very happy while working with USA Insulation CT! Kenny our energy consultant, was very helpful, kind and knowledgeable. The install happened within 3 business days. The installation crew of Noah, River and Ryan arrived early, worked efficiently and were knowledgeable. Just had the pleasure of meeting Kenny, who was very comprehensive with his analysis of our attic issue. Kenny also possesses very strong customer service skills. He is a true credit to this company and I would recommend him to anyone.

During the consultation, Rocky the project specialist, was knowledgeable and reviewed every detail of the installation, including the benefit of doing the insulation. He provided proof of insurance, reviews, photographs, etcétera. He conducted an evaluation of all áreas and provided three options to complete the process. Had a positive experience with USA insulation of Connecticut! Everyone I worked with was very nice and kind. Any issues that came up were taken care of and handled in a professional and timely manner. I felt comfortable asking questions and felt I was in good hands. Everyone wanted to make sure I understood everything and was on board with suggested work before anything was done. I loved that there was never any crazy pressure to do something, just recommendations and guidance. Big shout out to Dom and his team for making sure everything was set and for working in insane heat, and still being able to keep a smile on his face! Also to Karissa for navigating all the curve balls that came up and helping us still get the work completed in my needed time frame. As far as the insulation- I already feel a huge difference in my homes ability to stay cool during a heat wave!

I had Benny and julio come out to put insulation in the attic as well as the walls. We have an old brick house with minimal wall space so the job was very tedious. Both guys came out were very professional, very knowledgeable on the task at hand, and had very good attitudes. The work that was done on the walls was very neatly done, as they had to drill multiple holes in the brick to put the insulation. Once everything was complete they patched over all the holes and made sure everything was cleaned up neat. They left no mess behind. I would deal usa insulation as the guys that work for them are very professional and they want to do good work for the customer.
