Today, I had all my exterior walls insulated. This was necessary because my house was built in 1930, and 80% of my home was without insulation. The job lasted from 8:00 AM to 2:00 PM. I would like to first recognize Carrie, Andrew, and Landon. They worked diligently to complete the job. Despite the hot weather, they continued without interruption. From my younger days, I am familiar with the challenges of working outside in the heat. Therefore, I purchased them lunch and gave them a generous tip. They certainly earned it. Carrie visited multiple times to assist. They answered all my questions and genuinely listened to us. These are exceptional individuals. I highly recommend them if you require insulation for your home.

USA Installation was the best fit for our needs to insulate our 100 year old home. They completed injectable foam for all of our walls and blew in insulation in our attic areas. We noticed a difference in our home's temperature within 24 hours. Wish we had done this type of insulation 10 years ago as our KUB bills had been over $1000 per month. We look forward to lower bills. We want to give a shout out to Carrie and her team Landon and Andrew for our home evaluation, cost estimate, their hard work and professionalism. They completed work in a day and a half and cleaned up. We were very impressed that Carrie as the team lead did the estimate and also performed the work. Nicole at the office efficiently handled our appointments, work schedule and assisted us with rebates and TVA inspections. Carrie was on hand from start to finish to answer all questions. Best experience ever! The technicians Carrie and Ian were both courteous and professional. Carrie communicated with me the entire installation and allowed me to periodically inspect progress. They did not rush and their work was quality start to finish. Jeff, my sales rep, was responsive and competitive. Very pleased with the results and would have them back anytime.

I had a great experience from speaking to the lady in the office, Carrie coming out for my estimate and the guys that were here too get the project done. It is crazy how much of a difference the insulation has already had on my home. I recommend these guys to everyone I know.

Highly recommend this company. I had 3 estimates and USA was the only one that stood out. Carrie my rep was very knowledgeable and took her time explaining to me what I needed to have done and how they were going to get it done. The team that came out to do the job showed up on time and got straight to work. They communicated with me all day and got me answers to my questions right away. By the time they were leaving you wouldn't of even known they did all that work to my home. I already feel a difference in my home which i didn't expect right away. Five starts is not enough!

We did not comparison shop so I can't say how our price compared to other companies. My husband had worked with USA insulation before and wanted to use them for our insulation project We think it was worth it. We noticed differences right away. Our house was much quieter. And everyone that we worked with was great. Big shout out to work crew because they were wonderful! The project manager kept us informed every step of the way. They were respectful, efficient and cleaned up everything. They left the property looking great.

I highly recommend USA Insulation. Jeff was the best salesman! No pressure and informative. Carrie and her team did an awesome job installing our insulation in the attic. We didn't hardly know they were here. Very considerate of our home and space. Was a good experience all around.

Short: Extremely happy for finding USA Insulation! Professional and courteous; Nicole, Carrie, and the gentlemen run a tight ship. DO NOT insulate yourself, just call them! Long: I'm not sure how I found USA Insulation but I am sure glad I did and I know you will be too! I'm currently building my house and was going to put batt inside the walls. Carrie gave me a quote and also let me know about an injected foam type of insulation that is installed after drywall. I ended up going with that as it gave me a higher r value in the walls and she saved me $2,000! My job was split in two, day one was the walls and day two was the attic. The crew always showed up when they said (which is hard to find in contractors) and were always in good spirits (also hard to find in contractors). They were very easy to deal with and communicated well! There were two issues I noted during the process, one was that the injected foam didn't fill my cavities up all the way in some stud cavities. The other was that the vaulted ceiling was missed during blowing the attic (easy to do since the vaulted cavities were thin and hard to see). I brought these up and they were immediately taken care of (rare to find in contractors). They injected a little bit more foam for that fix. On the vaulted ceiling, they had actually left when I found it and when I called the office, they had the truck back to my house within the hour to finish the attic. I am very grateful I found USA! All this to say, they WILL do the job right, they WILL treat you right, and you CANNOT beat the quality for the price. If you need insulation work, call them!
